Hope for a Child sponsors Sarah who runs Hlokemela Bana which means Care for Children
  
Sarah works with children and families in a community in which there are over 6000 orphans
and vulnerable children. She runs a club providing food security, educational and spiritual input and counseling. Sarah is also part of the team that heads up all HIV/AIDs counseling for the local hospital. They have an outstanding relationship with local authorities.
