Rhema Institute for Development

Rhema works to serve poor, vulnerable and marginalised communities in Malawi.

The organisation was founded in 2005 and is based in the central region. Their vision is to work towards a healthy and morally upright community that is spiritually and empowered in all aspects of life including food security, health, environment and education.

To implement their community based projects Rhema uses an integrated, participatory approach, working alongside communities to understand how best to help them tackle the challenges they face.

Rhema works in the areas of Economic Empowerment, Nutrition, Agriculture and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene.
